5.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).

5.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if full verification has not been completed.
5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳28,000.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (applied to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit plus bonus). For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳18,000 (৳1,200 × 15) before withdrawing any winnings earned from the bonus.
6.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
- Risk-free betting strategies aimed at meeting wagering requirements using bonus funds are not permitted.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and all winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
6.4 Other Promotions
The terms of VIP cashback, seasonal offers, or special promotions will be announced separately and must be read alongside these general terms when they apply.
Betting & Gaming Rules
7.1 General Betting Rules
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. The outcome of each bet will be determined based on the official result of the relevant sport, match, or event.
7.2 Technical Errors
If an unusually large win is displayed due to a system or software error or bug, it will not be considered valid and 94bet is not obligated to pay that amount.
7.3 Sports Betting
For sports betting, specific rules regarding market definitions, settlement, and void bets will apply. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the relevant bet will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
7.4 Live Games & Casino
Each game's own rules apply to live casino and slot games. The decisions of the dealer or software are considered final, unless there is a clear error.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 94bet platform:
8.1 Fraudulent Activities
- Using any software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to place automated bets.
- Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a game.
- Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Opening an account using a false identity or false information.
8.2 Collusion & Match Fixing
Colluding with other players to place bets or involvement in match fixing is strictly prohibited. If such activity is identified, the account will be suspended and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
8.3 Use of Illegal Funds
Conducting transactions using funds obtained through illegal means, or using a third party's payment method without their permission, is prohibited.
Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 Our Rights
94bet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time, particularly if:
- A violation of these terms is proven.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity is identified.
- The user fails to complete the verification process.
- The user wishes to voluntarily close their account.
9.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You can close your account at any time through our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw your balance before closing. Any active bonuses will be cancelled at the time of account closure.
